Everything was simply perfect. We enjoyed the hotel, it was stunningly beautiful and had unbeatable location very close to a lovely quiet area of venice and a lovely square with good cafes and a gelati shop.

Although the location is desirable, the accommodations have some glaring issues. The steep stairs made dragging luggage up to our room a daunting task. Our room's bathroom was cramped, with a low ceiling and awkward entrance that left my tall partner constantly ducking, which really put a damper on our experience.

The Beautiful Family Suite offered plenty of space. The reasonable price was a definite plus, especially considering the size of the accommodation.

Lighting issues arose from the bright white lamps, detracting from a cozy night ambiance, and could be updated to a warmer tone for a better atmosphere in the evenings.
